About us

Why the Orchard Group? We believe our families have been called to plant deep roots in our neighborhood and nurture genuine relationships here. We aim to be good stewards of our time and gifts, caring for the people around us. We strive to model our business the same way: to know and serve people well, and always with an excellence that surpasses expectations. When people are at the center, abundant life follows.

The Orchard Group is a group of independent agents with a common passion for our North Central Phoenix and Arcadia neighborhoods. You are guaranteed a personal experience when buying or selling a home with us; your Orchard Group agent will be yours for life! Why is this important to us? Because we believe the home-buying or selling process is not a process at all when done with a friend.

aubrey jacobs

As an Arizona native (yes, they do exist!), Aubrey truly understands everyday life and the real estate market in Phoenix. The wife of a high school math teacher and football coach, proud mom of two children, and of course, an avid Sunnyslope Vikings fan, Aubrey invests her heart and time in this city volunteering with Young Life. She doesn’t just live in North Central Phoenix; she is an active part of the heartbeat of the growing community here.

If she were to be completely honest, Aubrey feels most comfortable in her favorite pair of Wranglers and dusty boots! Fun fact: while growing up in the Valley, Aubrey raised and showed Arabian horses. When she’s not helping her clients buy or sell a home, you might find her on a run in the neighborhood with her giant lab Bruno or winding down the day on the patio with good drinks and quality time with great friends.

If hiring a real estate agent with accolades is your thing, then you are in the right place! With over 15 years in the real estate industry and a degree in Economics, Aubrey has been inducted into the HomeSmart Diamond Club for the fourth consecutive year, and recognized as being among the top 5% of HomeSmart’s 6,600 agents in the Valley. Let’s just say she knows her stuff! Beyond handling real estate transactions with precision, Aubrey takes pride in making sure no detail goes overlooked when it comes to the relationships with her clients and their needs.

kristen fritz

Plain and simple, Kristen loves houses. She is attracted to the architecture and design, but most importantly, what a home signifies— a place where a family can lay down roots and thrive. Having grown up in an idyllic Cape Cod home in her much-loved hometown of Atlanta, Kristen has now lived in Arizona for 14 years. While working as a real estate agent in Tucson and all over Phoenix, Kristen has always been drawn to the community that North Central Phoenix attracts and the integrity and character of the homes here.

Kristen is married to her adventure-loving husband, Joel, who also happens to be a pastor at one of the local Central Phoenix churches. She has a home filled with lots of chit chat, heels, and princess dresses because of her three daughters Lily, Sophia, and Georgia. In her spare time, she loves to play tennis or take day trips to the lake with her family. Kristen is passionate about serving others and volunteers on the committee with YoungLives in Phoenix.

Another extension of her love for homes is in design. As a southern girl at heart, while showing you a home, don’t be alarmed if Kristen takes you by the arm and gives you some design advice. She has an Instagram account, @shefindsdesign, where Kristen unearths budget design finds all over Phoenix. With a degree in PR with an emphasis in Advertising and Marketing, creativity and a love for beauty naturally flows out of Kristen. You will quickly discover she’s possesses the perfect balance of professionalism, real estate knowledge, and ingenuity.

Susan Rauhoff

Raised in a small town in Arkansas, Susan’s fondest memories of growing up include watching Friday night football games from the bleachers and, of course, cheering on the beloved Arkansas Razorbacks!

Upon moving to Phoenix, it was the green grass, large trees, and ranch style homes that made Susan feel at home and reconnected with her southern roots. Susan’s passion for walking alongside people as they make important life decisions is what drew her to the real estate industry. With a degree in accounting, and a long and successful career in banking and management, Susan eventually gave up her ten-key calculator and become a real estate agent. Still a small-town girl at heart, Susan’s passion for helping others (and always with a sweet smile) is apparent in all that she does. Susan’s attention to detail and sincere desire to make the home buying process more than a “to-do” list is what her clients admire most about her.

Married to the love of her life, Lance, whom she met on a mission trip in Honduras, Susan’s heart has always been turned towards serving others. With two teenage sons and a miniature Schnoodle named Sadie, whatever spare time she has is usually spent building community—whether its volunteering with outreaches such as Young Life or with her church. Susan loves hiking and spending time on her Yoga mat, but she’s never too busy to chat it up with you, especially when it comes to helping you
